Esta nota va a caer en los medios latinos, la van a traducir, la pegaràn en unos cuantos blogs que ni van a ver que viene del Daily Mail inglès (que es màs cuentero que Chàvez que ya es mucho decir!. Esta gente fue la misma que se inventò lo de las 24 horas de farra de Kiefer post Glendale, o sea: credibilidad nula) y a unas cuantas fans les darà un soponcio antes de darse por enteradas de que es cuento chino. Pero bueno, por divertirme. De vez en cuando me toca.



Conste que en el artìculo hay una pista elemental que lo delata descaradamente como cuento de carretera. No la cuento a ver si alguno la captura. Para eso lo dejo totalmente en el inglès original. Despuès del corte. (revisando de nuevo...en realidad hay dos pistas bien descaradas y un detalle que quien sigue 24 como yo sabe exactamente como es la vaina. Adicional, hay otro detallito que es bien especìfico, ubicado al final del artìculo, que responsabiliza a 24 de algo relacionado con Kiefer que garantizo NO es cierto.)



Pd. La interfecta que mencionan en este material es la tercia de la foto. Corresponde a una premiaciòn: los Golden Globes del 2006. En ese momento, Kiefer se hizo acompañar de la damita en cuestiòn, que despuès desapareciò del mapa. O al menos yo nunca màs la vi por ahì.

24 star Kiefer Sutherland set to propose to girlfriend



Actor Kiefer Sutherland is on the verge of proposing to girlfiend Tricia Cardozo, sources tell Mail Online.



The "24" star has had a new lease on life since being freed on 21 January, following a 42 day sentence for drink driving offences.



According to friends, he is attributing his new positive attitude to Tricia, his partner of two years, who works in PR in Los Angeles.



The couple's romance is said to be so strong that Sutherland, 41, has confided to friends that he is ready for marriage.



A source said: "Kiefer insisted on putting on a brave face prior to his jailing in early January for everyone except Tricia.



"He came to see Tricia the night before he turned himself in for jail time and they had a very emotional visit.



"He vowed to turn his life around and said the only way he could do that was with her by his side. It wasn't exactly a proposal, but coming from Kiefer, it was so heartfelt and real for both of them.



"This was a man who was about to give up his freedom, and he chose to spend those last moments with Tricia. They were both sobbing and laughing and at the same time, because it was an incredibly happy moment and incredibly sad one happening all at once."



Although the couple are close, the source says they haven't chosen to live together so far because Tricia is very focused on bringing up the child she had with Red Hot Chilli Peppers drummer Chad Smith.



Keifer is similarly focused on keeping his home life sacred for the daughter and step-daughter he has been raising for the last decade.



But now friends of the couple are ready for the pair to finally marry, and Keifer is preparing to slow down his schedule in the next year as he is set to play Jack Bauer in a series of "24" films.



The source says: "Keifer sees the "24" movies as his annuity. The way his deal works means he'll be set for life if they're hits and he won't have to bust his ass on a weekly show anymore.



"The tough schedule is why he hasn't been able to properly settle down, and he's really looking forward to retiring early and spending all his time with Tricia and their kids.



"It's the TV show that's been driving him to drink, and he's about ready to give it up and just do a movie once every couple of years."
